When I lived in apartments my attempts to grow things failed spectacularly. Too much shade, lazy watering, poor soil...You name it, I had it! When I bought my house the first thing I did was build myself large garden beds in full sun, and then I filled them with good, Hill Country soil. Suddenly I had more produce than I knew what to do with!
Once I'd exhausted my family's appetites for tomato pies and salsa, I knew I had to expand my horizons and find a way to preserve my bounties that didn't require fridge space, which is always at a premium in my house. I made my first batch of pepper jelly and my fiancé was hooked. And I was hooked on the experimentation! The kitchen became my lab.
Recently Texas updated its Cottage Food Laws, and they became a lot more favorable for home cooks. However there are strict rules as to what can be sold and how it can be sold, so, unfortunately, not all of my creations are for sale, and all transactions must be done locally, so no shipping allowed at this time. Everything listed on the menu is for sale and in stock!

No bell peppers added to tame this heat, but don't worry - the poblanos provide just moderate heat with tons of flavor! 100% garden fresh!
All of our products are vegan. (Thank my picky little sister!) Heat can vary based on natural heat of peppers. Absolutely no artificial colorings used: Nature is beautiful enough on its own!
